Shipping Policy

All Casa Serna products are handmade in small batches and carefully packaged with love. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Casa Serna is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
